Alan died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on 13th December 2025, aged 88 years.
A much-loved father, father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad, brother and friend, always surrounded by his family.
Founder of the local engineering firm, A H Engineering (NE) Ltd.
A funeral service will take place at South Shields Crematorium on Tuesday 13th January 2026 at 12:30pm. The family invite you to join them afterwards at The Lord Nelson, Monkton Village, to celebrate Alan's life.
